Kids Music Lessons Terms and Conditions

We have established the following policy regarding lesson withdrawals, cancellations, and allowances to ensure transparency and fairness to all participants:

Lessons are scheduled in 10-session blocks to be completed within a 3-month timeframe

Full Refund: If you withdraw from a lesson 14 days or more before the lesson's scheduled starting day, you are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: If you withdraw from a lesson 7 days or more but less than 14 days before the lesson's scheduled starting day, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Withdrawals made less than 7 days before the lesson's scheduled starting day are not eligible for a refund.
Emergency Withdrawals: In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., a student's illness preventing them from completing the course), we will evaluate requests for refunds or credits for future classes on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to providing assistance and flexibility in such situations.
Class Cancellations: In the event of necessary class cancellations by the school, we will promptly notify participants and propose alternative dates for substitution or makeup sessions. We strive to minimize disruptions to your learning experience.
Maximum Cancellations: Each student is allowed a maximum of three cancellations per semester( 3 months) without incurring any additional charges. Make-up credit will be issued for the make-up lessons. Please note that make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Health & Injury Waiver for Kids' Music Lessons with Parental Involvement:

We value the safety and well-being of all participants in our small kids' music lessons, where parental involvement is encouraged. By enrolling your child in our program, you acknowledge and accept the importance of creating a safe learning environment. Please read and understand the following waiver:

1. Supervision: Parents or guardians are expected to actively supervise their child during lessons to ensure their safety.

2. Inherent Risks: You acknowledge that participating in music lessons, even at a beginner level, may involve physical activity and the use of musical instruments. There are inherent risks associated with these activities, and you accept these risks.

3. Child's Health: You are responsible for ensuring your child's physical fitness and well-being for participation in our lessons. Please inform us of any known medical conditions or allergies that could impact your child's safety.

4. Safety Measures: We will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and age-appropriate learning environment. However, you understand that accidents can occur, and you agree not to hold the school, instructors, or other participants liable for any injuries or incidents that may occur during lessons.

5. Emergency Contact: We require parents or guardians to provide updated emergency contact information in case of an unforeseen situation.

By enrolling your child in our kids' music lessons and participating alongside them, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this simplified Health & Injury Waiver.
